Teaching Personnel are supporting a successful secondary school in the Cambridge area to appoint a committed Head of History for the Summer Term. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced History Teacher seeking to step into a leadership role, or for a current Head of History looking for a fresh challenge within a supportive setting. For the right candidate, the post carries a strong possibility of progressing into a permanent position.

The Role As Head of History, you will lead the History department across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, oversee curriculum planning and assessment, mentor colleagues within the humanities faculty, and deliver consistently strong teaching. The school are looking for a History Teacher who can  support in raising standards, shaping the vision for the department, and contributing to whole‑school improvement.
