The Role
Support teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
Work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils
Assist children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language needs
Support classroom activities and lesson preparation
Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment
Gain hands-on classroom experience across different settingsIdeal Candidate
Recent graduate (Education, Psychology, English, Maths or related subjects desirable)
Passionate about working with children and education
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patient, proactive, and adaptable
