We’re looking for a hands-on, proactive Restaurant Manager to join a thriving independent group with a few sites in Central London. This is a high-volume restaurant, and we need someone who is floor-based, guest-focused, and passionate about Asian cuisine.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a busy team
- Hands-on and independent, able to take ownership of the restaurant day-to-day
- Highly guest-oriented, ensuring an exceptional dining experience
- Proven experience in restaurant management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Passion for Asian food and delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment
