As a Junior Cluster Revenue Manager, you will partner with General Managers and commercial teams to exceed revenue and EBITDA targets. Using your analytical mindset and commercial insight, you’ll build data-driven strategies that optimize pricing, business mix, and overall performance.

Please note that this role is based between the properties, and the Central London Head Office, 5 days p/week.

What You’ll Do
- Develop, document, and lead winning revenue strategies across room types, segments, and lead times
- Define and manage rate grids, ensuring all bookings align with minimum rate rules by segment and season (including staff bookings)
- Maximize room revenue through business mix optimization and strategic rate adjustments
- Continuously test, learn, and refine strategies to drive outperformance
- Oversee revenue management system setup and reporting accuracy (supplements, xrlawcv events, overbookings, etc.)
- Produce monthly forecasts (per property/segment) and alert teams to deviations with corrective actions
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports to align commercial teams on performance and action plans
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years’ experience in a similar revenue role – in Hospitality or Travel
- Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills
- A hunger for results – we’re judged on outcomes
- Analytical, commercially aware, and data-focused
- A team player with transparent, positive communication
