Operations Assistant – QSR / Casual Dining – Up to £50,000

Are you ready to join a fast-growing, dynamic QSR/Casual Dining business during an exciting phase of hyper-growth? This is your chance to be part of a team that’s building operational foundations from the ground up, including opening new venues and establishing a London office! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and loves variety, NO TWO DAYS WILL BE THE SAME! You will work closely with the directors based in London, take ownership of key projects, and play a vital role in shaping the future of the business. Initially, the role will be mostly remote, with travel to Ireland twice a month for training and immersion into the business.

We’re open to a range of candidates, from GM to Operations, to Project Management experience, as long as you’re ambitious, self-motivated, and ready to make an impact. Flexibility is key: the role will include weekends and evenings as needed to support the business.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a good understanding of P&L
• Solid knowledge of operational and business challenges
• Ability to work effectively in evolving and ambiguous situations
• High sense of ownership and accountability
• Experience in busy venue environments
• Business Management degree a strong plus
• Experience in new venue openings highly desirable

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and xrlawcv support a variety of evolving projects across the business
• Collaborate closely with internal teams across functions
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Take full ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Demonstrate resourcefulness in identifying and coordinating the right people to execute projects
