Annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts & long‑range planning Monthly reporting, variance analysis & KPI packs Board‑ready insights & performance storytelling Strategic partnering with COO, CFO & functional leaders

What we’re looking for:

Strong FP&A experience in a scaling, project‑led / infrastructure‑style business Confident communicator across finance & non‑finance stakeholders Proven business partnering at senior level Flexible setup (2 days in office)
