Location: Central London Overview A Private Equity-backed healthcare platform is executing an ambitious buy-and-build strategy, with a clear mandate to scale rapidly and deliver a successful exit within the next 24 months. Following recent investment, the business is entering a high-growth phase, driven by acquisitions and operational expansion. As such, they are looking to hire a high-calibre FP&A Manager to play a critical role in supporting financial planning, strategic decision-making, and value creation across the group. Responsibilities The Role Reporting into the CFO and working closely with the executive team, this role will sit at the heart of the business, providing forward-looking financial insight and supporting the delivery of the investment thesis.
Lead the group budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with the C-suite and operational leaders Develop robust financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making Drive scenario planning and sensitivity analysis across growth, cost, and acquisition strategies Support the execution and integration of M&A activity, including financial evaluation and post-deal performance tracking Deliver high-quality board and investor reporting, including KPI analysis and performance insights Partner with senior stakeholders to challenge assumptions and improve financial performance Build and refine reporting frameworks and dashboards across the group Support cash flow management and working capital optimisation
Qualifications
Proven experience in an FP&A / commercial finance role Strong financial modelling and analytical skillset Experience working in a high-growth or PE-backed environment Ability to engage with and influence senior stakeholders (C-suite level) Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple workstreams Exposure to M&A / buy-and-build environments Background in healthcare or multi-site businesses
