It takes 2 minutes.Financial Operations ManagerLocation:Crewe (Onsite/Hybrid)Salary:£40,000-£45,000 plus bonus and benefitsVia is supporting a growing organisation in the search for an experienced Financial Operations Manager to join their finance team.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of financial processes, partnering with stakeholders, and contributing to the ongoing improvement of finance operations.Youll play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations.Key Responsibilities:Support month-end processes, including preparation and review of management accountsMaintain and reconcile general ledgers, ensuring accuracy and completenessAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activitiesReview and approve supplier invoices, ensuring compliance and accuracySupport procurement processes and cost control initiativesProvide financial insight and reporting to support business decision-makingWhat Were Looking For:Proven experience in financial operations and management accountingStrong experience with general ledger management and reconciliationsExperience supporting budgeting and forecasting processesConfident reviewing supplier invoices and managing approvalsExposure to procurement activities is advantageous - more important is the desire to expand you knowledge into new areasMinimum 5 years relevant experience in a similar rolePart-qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) or equivalent experienceWhats on Offer:Bupa healthcarePension (3% contribution)Potential annual bonusLovely offices in central-Crewe; hybrid working opportunitiesRegister your details on Via now to progress your application.
