Looking to appoint an experienced Finance Manager, this role will have full responsibility for the administration and finance functions of the business.
Duties and responsibilities include:
* Weekly cashflow reporting and expected cash position for 12 weeks forward.
* Monthly management accounts.
* Quarterly VAT returns.
* Managing the budgets.
* Liaising with the external accountants in the preparation and review of statutory accounts.
* Preparing of R&D financial information for tax credits.
* Banking and financial control.
* Overseeing the transactional function.
* Managing a small finance team.
As the ideal candidate you will be/have:
* Qualified Accountant - ACA/ACCA or CIMA
* Experience of managing teams
