What will the Finance Manager role involve?

Prepare timely and accurate monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and meaningful commentary Produce year-end statutory accounts, liaising with external auditors and ensuring compliance with Charity SORP and regulatory requirements Lead on budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow reporting, ensuring clarity and transparency for senior leadership and trustees Maintain strong financial controls to safeguard charitable funds and ensure compliance Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:

Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Experience in financial reporting, including management accounts and statutory accounts Experience managing or overseeing a finance/accounts team Hands-on, proactive approach with strong ownership mindset Additional benefits and information for the role of Finance Manager role:
