We're thrilled to be working with a highly respected global investment firm to find an exceptional Float Executive Assistant to join their Private Equity division. This is a brilliant opportunity to support senior leadership across multiple teams while working alongside a collaborative and high‑performing EA group.


You'll join a fast-moving, professional and friendly environment where no two days look the same - ideal for someone who enjoys variety, pace and partnering with senior stakeholders.


The Role:


This is a dynamic Float EA position supporting Senior Managing Directors across several investment teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • High‑level EA support to Senior Managing Directors
  • Managing complex, ever‑changing diaries for extremely busy leaders
  • Coordinating extensive international travel and detailed itineraries
  • Providing seamless cover across the EA team during holidays, absence or peak workloads
  • Supporting stakeholders who sit on multiple boards with demanding schedules
  • Building strong relationships quickly and adapting to different working styles
  • Handling core EA duties while navigating shifting priorities with ease


The ideal candidate will be an organised and experienced EA who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑performance setting. You’re confident supporting senior leaders, quick to adapt and comfortable stepping into new assignments at short notice. You bring strong attention to detail, excellent relationship‑building skills and a proactive, resilient, solutions‑led approach. A warm, humble and team‑focused attitude is just as important as your technical EA capability.
