Executive Assistant & EA Team Lead

£70,000 – £80,000 | Hybrid (3 days in the office) | West End


We’re working with a high-performing investment firm to appoint a Senior Executive Assistant to support a senior leader and three Managing Directors, alongside overseeing a team of EAs.


This is a standout opportunity for an experienced EA looking for a broader role, combining senior-level support with team responsibility.


The role

A varied, fast-paced position at the centre of the business. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders while also supporting the wider EA function.


Responsibilities include

  • Complex diary management across multiple senior stakeholders
  • Extensive international travel coordination and itinerary management
  • Supporting investment processes, including preparation for investment committee meetings
  • Acting as a key point of coordination across the leadership team and EA group
  • Providing oversight, mentorship and day-to-day guidance to a team of five EAs
  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the team
  • Supporting stakeholders in a proactive, solutions-focused way


About you

  • Strong Executive Assistant experience supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, corporate environment
  • Experience within financial services, investment or a deal-driven environment, with a clear understanding of how transactions and deal cycles operate
  • Proven experience coordinating investment committee meetings or equivalent senior decision-making forums
  • Demonstrated line management responsibility for Executive Assistants, including hiring, performance management, appraisals and ongoing development
  • Comfortable operating at pace, managing competing priorities and working closely with senior stakeholders
  • Highly organised, with strong judgement and a proactive approach
