Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive – Temp to Perm Location: City of London Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote) Contract: Temporary to Permanent Salary: upto £60,000 + excellent benefits We are partnering with a mission‑driven climate‑focused organisation to recruit a highly capable and proactive Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive. The role offers a temp‑to‑perm pathway, ideal for someone looking to secure a long‑term position within a growing organisation making meaningful global impact. Responsibilities
Full diary and inbox management, ensuring the CE’s time is prioritised effectively Coordinating internal and external meetings, briefings, and presentations Preparing documents, reports, agendas, and meeting packs Acting as a key liaison point between the CE and internal/external stakeholders Arranging international and domestic travel, accommodation, and itineraries Supporting with board meetings, governance processes, and follow‑up actions Managing confidential information with absolute discretion Providing wider support to leadership teams as needed Contributing to a collaborative, positive, and fast‑paced working culture
About You You will be a polished, confident, and highly organised PA with:
Proven experience supporting at senior leadership or executive level Exceptional communication skills and a calm, solutions‑focused approach Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to work under pressure High attention to detail and strong written‑documentation skills A proactive mindset, able to anticipate needs ahead of time Interest in climate, sustainability, policy, or purpose‑driven work (advantageous)
