Estimator\n\nLeeds\n\n£40,000 to £55,000 + Car allowance / car\n\nAre you an Estimator looking for a fresh challenge?\n\nAre you from an interiors / main contractor background?\n\nTSR Recruitment are actively working with a regional main contractor based in Leeds who are looking to recruit an Estimator to join the business.\n\nBenefits\n\nBasic salary circa £40-55,000 per annum\nCar allowance or company car\n25 days plus bank holiday (33 in total)\nPension after qualifying period\n8.30-5.30 Monday to Thursday 4pm Friday\nJob Role & Responsibilities:\n\nWork closely with the Managing Director and Quantity Surveyor.\nCarry out Estimates and submit tenders for commercial refurb projects\nAttend client meetings / site visits to scope the project\nReview enquiries, send out to subcontractors and collate prices and specifications\nProduce tender reports and present to the MD before sending for submission\nComplete tenders on projects up to the value of £1.5 million\nOver value engineering / technical advice to clients.\nAttend prestart meetings and handover over to the operational team.\nCompany Details\n\nMain contractor working on commercial new build and fit out projects \nProject values from £50k to £1.5 million\nFamily business established over 40 years.\nWork on office fit outs, warehouse extensions and refurbs, Education schemes and more.\nKnowledge/Experience:\n\nProven experience working as an Estimator.\nExperience working on projects up to £1.5 million.\nConstruction qualification but not essential.\nGood IT skills.\nExcellent relationship builder\nFull UK driving license\nApplications\n\nIf you feel that you have the relevant experience to be successful in this position and would like to find out more, please apply online today attaching a copy of your current CV.\n\nDue to the vast number of applications that we receive, it is not possible for us to contact all applicants; therefore, only suitable candidates will be contacted.
