- Personalcommissionof2.5%onindividualvaluationsbooked(valuationcommissionisbasedonthepersonthatbookedthevaluation)plus2.5%onindividualsales(salescommissionisbasedonthepersonthatbookedthefirstviewing)and1.25%onsplitsalesplus5%onListings(ifneededtocoveranyatanystage)
