- ClientRelationshipManagement:Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithclients,providingregularupdatesandfeedbackthroughoutthesalesprocess.
- MarketAnalysis:Stayinformedaboutlocalpropertymarkettrendsanddevelopmentstoprovideclientswithup-to-dateadviceandinsights.
- Negotiation:Assistinnegotiatingoffersbetweenbuyersandsellerstoachievethebestpossibleoutcomesforallpartiesinvolved.
- Compliance:Ensureallactivitiesareconductedinaccordancewithrelevantlegislationandcompanypolicies.

- Experience:PreviousexperienceinEstateAgencyisessential.
- Skills:Strongsales,negotiation,andcommunicationskills;abilitytobuildrapportwithclientsquickly;excellentorganisationalskills;proficiencyinusingsoftwareandCRMsystems.
- Knowledge:Goodunderstandingofthelocalpropertymarketandrelevantlegislation.
