  • Salaryguaranteeforfirstfourmonthsof£2,000net.
  • Currentaveragefeesof£3,500withontargetearningsof£40,000to£45,000.
  • Personalcommissionof2.5%onindividualvaluationsbooked(valuationcommissionisbasedonthepersonthatbookedthevaluation)plus2.5%onindividualsales(salescommissionisbasedonthepersonthatbookedthefirstviewing)and1.25%onsplitsalesplus5%onListings(ifneededtocoveranyatanystage)
