Endur Trading Business Analyst Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 + 10% Bonus Location: London (with ad hoc travel)
About the Role We're seeking an experienced Trading Business Analyst to support energy and commodities trading firms in optimizing the Endur trading platform. You'll work closely with traders, risk managers, and IT teams to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the platform in trading, risk management, and back-office operations.
Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements Configure Endur functionalities and identify system improvements Troubleshoot issues related to trading workflows Ensure data integrity and facilitate user training Generate and present reports to key stakeholders
Essential Requirements Business Analysis / Project Delivery Experience Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery and business analysis Strong BA experience including capturing business problems, value drivers, and functional/non-functional requirements Experience running workshops and user acceptance testing Strong stakeholder management skills Experience working in Agile project delivery
