The firm specializes in energy and commodities trading, enabling innovation across more than 40 industries. This role supports energy and commodities trading firms by optimizing the Endur trading platform, working closely with traders, risk managers, and IT teams.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business requirements for the Endur platform.Configure Endur functionalities and identify system improvements.Troubleshoot issues related to trading workflows.Ensure data integrity and facilitate user training.Generate and present reports to key stakeholders.QualificationsProven experience in end‑to‑end project delivery and business analysis.Strong BA skills including capturing business problems and functional/non‑functional requirements.Experience running workshops and user acceptance testing.Strong stakeholder management skills.Experience working in Agile project delivery.Experience in energy trading markets such as UK/EU Power, UK/EU Gas, or environmental products.Working knowledge of trading instruments: OTC forwards, swaps, options; exchange‑traded futures and options lifecycle.In‑depth knowledge of at least one Endur functional area: trade capture, market risk, back‑office processes, accounting, EOD, system migration, OpenLink Endur Base configuration.Knowledge of ETRM front‑office and operations business processes and energy/commodity trading (Power, Emissions, Gas, Commodities).Experience with financial concepts (P&L, MTM, financial risk, derivatives).Strong organisational skills managing multiple workstreams.Experience leading projects involving Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.Education & CertificationsBachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent) in STEM disciplines preferred but not required.Equal Employment Opportunity StatementWe believe that no one should be discriminated against because of their differences.
