Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. 💼 Basics salary up to £85k (dependent on experience) Endur Trading Business Analyst We’re supporting a global consulting organisation as they grow their Energy Trading & Risk practice and are now looking for an experienced Endur Trading Business Analyst to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high‑impact projects across power, gas and environmental products while shaping the optimisation of the Endur trading platform. About the Role As an Endur Trading Business Analyst, you will work closely with trading, risk and back‑office teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Endur configurations. You’ll support front‑to‑back trading workflows, identify system improvements, troubleshoot issues, and help drive enhancements across the full trade lifecycle. This role offers strong visibility, complex project exposure and the chance to deliver real change within major energy trading environments. Key Responsibilities
Analyse and document business requirements across trading, risk and operations Configure Endur and recommend system enhancements Support trading workflow troubleshooting and data integrity Run workshops, support UAT and deliver user training Produce reports and communicate findings to senior stakeholders Contribute to successful delivery of end‑to‑end ETRM projects
What We’re Looking For
Strong business analysis and project delivery experience Background in energy trading markets (Power, Gas or Environmental products) Understanding of trading instruments including forwards, swaps and options End‑to‑end knowledge of one or more areas: trade capture, risk valuation, back office, accounting, EOD Hands‑on Endur experience including configurations and lifecycle processes Familiarity with ETRM migrations, integrations and technical workflows Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience working in Agile delivery environments
