We are working in partnership with our client to recruit an experienced Employee Relations Business Partner to join their HR team. This is a newly created, high-profile role that offers the successful applicant a rare opportunity to truly make it their own .
Reporting directly to the HR Director, you’ll take ownership of the entire employee relations agenda , with the remit to shape, lead and embed best practice across the organisation. You’ll be responsible for setting the tone and strategy for the ER function, reviewing and improving processes, building capability across the business, and providing high-level reporting and insights to the senior leadership team and Board.
In addition to the strategic element, this role also involves leading a small team , so previous management or team leadership experience is essential.
