Iconic Resourcing is proud to be supporting a leading organisation in the search for a strategic Employee Relations Business Partner . This is a high-impact role offering exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape ER strategy across the business.
What you’ll be doing:
Leading on complex ER casework and conflict resolution Preparing and presenting board-level reports and papers Advising senior stakeholders on employment law and best practice Line managing 1–2 members of the wider HR team Driving initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture Working in a hybrid model , with travel to other UK offices as required
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in a strategic ER role Strong knowledge of UK employment law Confident communicator with board-level reporting experience Collaborative leadership style and ability to coach others Experience working within a diverse and fast-paced environment
