We’re seeking a talented Conveyancing Solicitor (ideally NQ – 2+ years PQE) who is ready to advance their career within a supportive and ambitious environment. This role offers flexibility, primarily based in Belfast, with occasional travel to client premises.

Your Role: As a key member of the conveyancing team, you’ll manage your own caseload, providing expert advice on residential conveyancing transactions. This includes liaising directly with high-net-worth clients, major residential developers, and industry professionals. Your daily activities will involve: Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing detailed property contracts, leases, deeds, and legal documentation Conducting comprehensive title searches and property record reviews Coordinating seamlessly with estate agents, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and clients Proactively resolving any issues or disputes arising during transactions Maintaining meticulous records and ensuring compliance with legal standards and regulations
