Our client is a well-established and highly regarded local law firm, known for their commitment to excellence and client-focused approach. Their Residential Conveyancing team is thriving, and they are seeking a passionate and ambitious Newly Qualified Solicitor or solicitor with 1 yrs PQE to join their team.

Role Overview:

As a key member of our dynamic Residential Conveyancing team, you will:

• Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
• Provide clear and professional legal advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.
• Conduct thorough due diligence, including property searches and title checks.
• Draft and review legal documents such as contracts and transfer deeds.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with 0–1 year PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Demonstrated passion for residential property law and client service.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
