Role Overview: As a key member of our dynamic Residential Conveyancing team, you will: Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely transactions. Provide clear and professional legal advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process.

Key Responsibilities: Handle residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion. Conduct thorough due diligence, including property searches and title checks. Draft and review legal documents such as contracts and transfer deeds.
