Job Description

Our Client, a Globally Leading Institutional Asset Manager, are looking for a strong Compliance Advisory professional to join their Public Markets Advisory team. The role will be crucial in advising colleagues across equities, fixed income and multi-asset investment strategies, supporting high standards of integrity and good conduct to deliver positive outcomes for clients and the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and review internal compliance policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and group best practices. Serve as a key contact for the Public Markets business regarding regulatory requirements, monitoring, and reporting. Contribute to activities such as strategic firmwide projects, the implementation of new regulatory requirements, and ongoing surveillance and monitoring.

Key Requirements:

MUST HAVE hands on working knowledge of UCITS and AIFMD. 5+ years of Compliance experience within an asset manager. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and challenge first-line teams effectively.

This is a permanent role based in London, offering hybrid working model.
