AR Compliance Manager opportunity working with a top performing specialty insurer operating within the Lloyd’s market. You will support on the transition, management, and oversight of Appointed Representatives (ARs) to ensure full regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage applications and authorisation processes for ARs, including onboarding and transition. Oversee AR networks, conduct due diligence, and ensure ongoing FCA compliance. Support compliance integration for acquired businesses and assist with daily operations. Review financial promotions and customer journeys for ICOBS compliance. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (FCA, BIBA, MGAA, etc.). Prepare regulatory reports and updates for senior management and the AR Committee. Maintain policies, procedures, and controls in line with regulatory requirements. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

Extensive compliance experience within insurance managing the onboarding, oversight and monitoring of new and existing ARs. Strong knowledge of FCA rules (PRIN, ICOBS, SYSC, SUP) and AR frameworks.
