CBW has an Exciting opportunity for a Chef to work for an established company situated inWitney. The successful candidate will have a proven track record as aChefand will be able to work Immediately on a flexible basis.
Hours/Details:
- Monday to Friday
- 07:00am to 15:00pm
- Contract type -Temp to perm
- Immediatestart
Requirements:
NVQ Level 2 Culinary or equivalent, Food hygiene certificate Level 2 Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately measuring ingredients to support the chef de partie
- Preparing ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping produce, and seasoning various meats
- Assisting in the preparation of basic salads and sauces according to the chef de parties instructions
- Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure all items are complete and meet quality standards
- Monitoring inventory levels and informing the supervisor when supplies xbpsjku are running low
- Safely discarding expired or spoiled food from storage areas, refrigerators, and freezers
- Maintaining clean, organised, and fully sanitised workstations
- Ensuring all prepared dishes are presented to the required standard as directed by the chef de partie
