Commercial Finance Manager - 6-Month Contract (Inside IR35)
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Finance Manager to support a Strategic Business Unit (SBU) through high-quality financial planning, reporting, and forecasting. The role will lead commercial insight, strengthen decision-making, and ensure robust financial governance across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the SBU.
Produce timely, accurate management reporting with clear commercial insight and recommendations.
Conduct financial due diligence on customers, partners, and new business opportunities.
Work closely with agent partners to ensure smooth portfolio performance and resolve commercial issues.
Support contract reviews, pricing models, and investment appraisals.
Drive improvements in financial processes, controls, and data quality.
Requirements:
( ACA / ACCA / CIMA ) qualified
Strong commercial finance background, ideally within complex, fast-paced environments.
Proven ability to partner with internal stakeholders and external agents.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
This role will require 3 days per week on client site in Berkshire
