What Youll Be Doing

As Commercial Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include: Partnering with commercial, brand, and development teams to influence strategic decisions and maximise profitability Managing customer pricing models and overseeing inflation/deflation analysis to assess financial impact Leading portfolio analysis and contributing to wider business reviews Preparing brand-level P&Ls and taking an active role in monthly business unit reviews Owning balance sheet reconciliations for long- and short-term discounts, ensuring audit trail and control Supporting the delivery of annual budgets, demand reforecasts, and commercial planning cycles Providing robust financial challenge and support across multiple business scenarios

What Were Looking For

Were seeking a commercially focused finance professional who is: Professionally qualified (CIMA or ACCA preferred) Experienced in business partnering in a fast-paced, complex environment Highly analytical, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail Comfortable working across functions, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Inquisitive and confident in challenging the status quo to drive improvement Organised, resilient and adaptable to change

Working Hours Monday to Thursday: 08:30

17:00 Friday: 08:30

16:00 Hybrid working available
