About the Role:
Client is hiring a Business Development Director to drive new business acquisition in Insurance (Life, P&C, Reinsurance) .
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new logo acquisition across Insurance clients.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
Sell IT and transformation services:
Policy Admin Systems
Claims transformation
Data & analytics
Lead client conversations and deal closures.
Develop industry-specific GTM strategies.
Collaborate with internal solution and delivery teams.
Required Experience:
1215 years in IT services sales.
Proven success in Insurance hunting roles .
Strong relationships with insurers and brokers.
Deep understanding of Insurance value chain.
Good to Have:
Experience with platforms like Guidewire / Duck Creek.
Exposure to InsurTech ecosystem.
