About the Role:

Client is hiring a Business Development Director to drive new business acquisition in Insurance (Life, P&C, Reinsurance).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new logo acquisition across Insurance clients.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
  • Sell IT and transformation services:
    • Policy Admin Systems
    • Claims transformation
    • Data & analytics
  • Lead client conversations and deal closures.
  • Develop industry-specific GTM strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal solution and delivery teams.

Required Experience:

  • 1215 years in IT services sales.
  • Proven success in Insurance hunting roles.
  • Strong relationships with insurers and brokers.
  • Deep understanding of Insurance value chain.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with platforms like Guidewire / Duck Creek.
  • Exposure to InsurTech ecosystem.
