Managing a depot selling a range of plastic building products such as rooflights, window frames, fascias, guttering, cladding, roofing, windows, and doors. Managing all aspects of the branch including distribution, customer service, HR, administration and sales. Ensuring H&S practices are adhered to by all employees. Ensuring excellent customer service is provided. Managing the budget and allocation of funds. Providing training, development and motivation to all depot personnel. Networking to improve the branch presence and reputation. Managing order values ranging from £50 to £20,000.
Qualifications
Must have experience working as a Branch Manager within a builders merchant. Proactive and positive individual. Excellent communication skills written and verbally. Good understanding of H&S practices.
