Branch Manager – Steel Access Covers Location: Walsall Remuneration: £40,000 - £50,000 + bonus Benefits: Comprehensive Benefits Package Role Overview The role of the Branch Manager – Steel Access Covers will involve:
Managing a branch selling a range of steel access covers. Managing all aspects of the branch including distribution, customer service, HR, administration and sales. Ensuring H&S practices are adhered to by all employees. Dealing with order values ranging from £50 - £20,000. Ensuring excellent customer service is provided. Managing the budget and allocation of funds. Providing training, development and motivation to all depot personnel. Networking to improve the branch presence and reputation.
Qualifications
Must have experience working as a Branch Manager within a builders merchant. Proactive and positive individual. Excellent communication skills written and verbally. Good understanding of H&S practices.
