Manage the branch selling a range of steel access covers. Oversee distribution, customer service, HR, administration, and sales. Ensure H&S practices are adhered to by all employees. Handle orders ranging from £50 to £20,000. Provide excellent customer service. Manage the budget and allocation of funds. Provide training, development, and motivation to all depot personnel. Build and maintain the branch’s presence and reputation within the network.

Qualifications

Experience working as a Branch Manager within a builders merchant. Proactive and positive individual. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good understanding of H&S practices.
