A specialist SEN and SEMH school in Sonning Common is seeking a Behaviour Teaching Assistant to work closely with pupils who require consistent, positive behavioural support. This is a full-time, long-term role suited to resilient individuals with a strong interest in behaviour, psychology, or youth work.

You will be supporting students with SEMH, Autism, ADHD, trauma, and behavioural difficulties, helping them manage emotions and access education successfully.

Role Details:

* Position: Behaviour Teaching Assistant
* Location: Sonning Common
* Pay: £89-£100 per day
* Start Date: ASAP
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

This Behaviour Teaching Assistant Role Will Involve:

* Implementing behaviour support and de-escalation strategies
* Supporting pupils during moments of dysregulation
* Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional self-control
* Working alongside teachers, therapists, and pastoral teams
