Role: Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant Location: Wokingham Salary: £89-£100 per day Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm Start Date: ASAP Ideal for: Psychology, Criminology, Counselling, or Education graduates-or anyone passionate about behaviour supportAs a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to help pupils manage their emotions, behaviour, and peer interactions Work alongside teachers, SEN specialists, and therapists to deliver behaviour strategies Assist with de-escalation, emotional regulation, and positive reinforcement techniques Support safe and structured learning environments Encourage confidence, independence, and pro-social behavioursThis Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant role is ideal for aspiring Behaviour Mentors, SEN Teachers, Therapists, Youth Workers, or Educational Psychologists.
