A welcoming and well-resourced specialist school in Bracknell is seeking a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to work with pupils who present with behavioural, emotional, and social needs. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity ideal for individuals looking to build experience in education, psychology, youth work, or mental health.

As a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant, you will support students who may have Autism, ADHD, trauma-related needs, or Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. Working alongside teachers and therapists, you will help pupils develop emotional regulation skills, positive behaviour strategies, and confidence within the classroom environment.

* Role: Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant

* Pay: £89-£100 per day
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
* Start Date: ASAP

As a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant, you will provide 1:1 and small group support, assist with behaviour management plans, and help create a calm, structured, and inclusive learning environment. You will play a vital role in helping pupils access education and feel supported throughout the school day.

This role is an excellent stepping stone for aspiring Psychologists, Therapists, Teachers, Youth Workers, or Social Workers, offering hands-on experience within a specialist setting.
