Tradewind Recruitment is working with several mainstream secondary schools across Southeast London, including Bexley, who are seeking skilled Behaviour Mentors to start immediately. This is a full-time, long-term role lasting until the end of the academic year, with potential for ongoing opportunities. As a Behaviour Mentor , you will: Support students with behaviour and emotional needs on a 1:1 and small group basis.

Help implement strategies to improve engagement and promote positive choices.

Assist teachers with managing behaviour in the classroom.

Build strong, trusting relationships with students who need extra guidance.

What we're looking for: Previous experience working with children or young people (in schools, youth work, care, etc.).

A resilient, empathetic and proactive approach.

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

Full-time availability and commitment until the end of the academic year.
