Horizon Teachers are working with an SEND School in the Bromley area that are looking to appoint Behaviour Mentors to help cover with staff absences on a long-term, full time basis starting in September, on a full-time basis until the end of the academic year in July 2026.This all through School caters for students aged 5 - 17 that have Mild Learning Difficulties, such as Autism and being non-verbal. As some of the students in this school have challenging behaviours it would be desirable if you have previous experience supporting students with SEN needs, but this isn't essential.Being a Behaviour Mentor within this school you will need to be patient, energetic and resilient in nature and be able to be flexible with a positive attitude to create a relationship with the students.
