The Position – 1:1 Behaviour Mentor

Qualiteach have a new opportunity available for an experienced 1:1 Behaviour Mentor. The role consists of working with a group of KS2 children who have challenging behaviour. You will be mainly working on a 1:1 basis but with different children depending on their weekly schedules and a timetable will be provided once offered the role. Key skills for this position are to be able to act as a mentor/role model, adaptability and a team player with other members of staff. The 1:1 Behaviour Mentor will also be required to follow and implement the pupils IEP’s.
