Building positive relationships and acting as a role model

Working closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and SENCOs

Helping to create a calm, safe, and inclusive school environment

The Ideal Candidate: Experience working with young people, particularly those with behavioural or emotional needs

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
