About the Role: Behaviour Mentor / SEMH Teaching Assistant Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEMH needs

Support pupils with emotional regulation, behaviour management and engagement in learning

Implement behaviour support plans and de-escalation strategies

Work closely with class teachers, SENCO and inclusion staff

Promote positive behaviour, resilience and emotional well-being

Maintain a structured, calm and supportive learning environment

Support pupils across the primary age range
