Role Overview: Behaviour Mentor/ SEMH Teaching Assistant As a key member of our inclusion team, you will: Deliver targeted 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEMH needs

Support pupils to regulate their behaviour, build resilience and engage fully in learning

Implement behaviour plans and de-escalation strategies

Work closely with class teachers, the SENCO and wider support staff

Maintain a calm, structured, and nurturing classroom environment

Encourage independence, emotional development and social skills
