SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Accounts Receivable Assistant for a long term contract based in Birmingham. City Centre, offering hybrid working and a January start.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily cash allocation Manage your own portfolio of customer accounts Proactively chase overdue debt via phone and email Resolve invoice and payment queries promptly Maintain accurate records and update the ledger daily Prepare aged debtor reports and highlight risks Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely payments Support with month-end tasks as required
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in Accounts Receivable Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Confident using accounting systems and Excel Someone who can pick things up quickly and add value from day one
