Following a strategic refocus of their customer journey team, our client is looking for a commercially-minded Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of established healthcare accounts.
This is a pivotal role for a proactive relationship builder who wants to move beyond reactive support and help drive a new era of commercial growth within a purpose-driven organisation.
The Role
Following a recent restructure, this role has evolved into a proactive, growth-oriented position. You will manage a portfolio of approximately 20-30 accounts, acting as the primary commercial touchpoint for healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Growth: Proactively identify and secure opportunities for upselling new features and modules from across the client's wider software portfolio.

Relationship Management: Move from "virtual check-ins" to meaningful, relational touchpoints, with a strategic goal of increasing face-to-face engagement.

Customer Success: Deeply understand client challenges to ensure they are maximising the value of the technology to improve patient outcomes.

Strategic Mapping: Navigate complex stakeholder environments to drive long-term retention and increase overall customer lifetime value.
