Following a strategic refocus of their customer journey team, our client is looking for a commercially-minded Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of established healthcare accounts.This is a pivotal role for a proactive relationship builder who wants to move beyond reactive support and help drive a new era of commercial growth within a purpose-driven organisation.The RoleFollowing a recent restructure, this role has evolved into a proactive, growth-oriented position. You will manage a portfolio of approximately 20-30 accounts, acting as the primary commercial touchpoint for healthcare providers.Key Responsibilities:Commercial Growth: Proactively identify and secure opportunities for upselling new features and modules from across the client's wider software portfolio.Relationship Management: Move from \"virtual check-ins\" to meaningful, relational touchpoints, with a strategic goal of increasing face-to-face engagement.Customer Success: Deeply understand client challenges to ensure they are maximising the value of the technology to improve patient outcomes.Strategic Mapping: Navigate complex stakeholder environments to drive long-term retention and increase overall customer lifetime value.About YouOur client values commercial behaviours and culture fit above all else. While experience in the NHS landscape is highly desirable, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate high levels of autonomy and a \"hunter\" mindset within an existing account base.What were looking for:Account Management Pedigree: Proven experience managing high-volume account portfolios with a focus on commercial expansion.Self-Managed Drive: You will be working within a flat, self-managing structure.
