This is a pivotal role for a proactive relationship builder who wants to move beyond reactive support and help drive a new era of commercial growth within a purpose-driven organisation . The Role Following a recent restructure, this role has evolved into a proactive, growth-oriented position . You will manage a portfolio of approximately 20-30 accounts , acting as the primary commercial touchpoint for healthcare providers . Key Responsibilities: Commercial Growth: Proactively identify and secure opportunities for upselling new features and modules from across the client's wider software portfolio .
