The Account Executive will play a pivotal role in driving sales and fostering client relationships within the Pharma and life science space across the UK. Understand customer needs, challenges, and growth opportunities Identify and engage new potential corporate customers through outreach, referrals Lead commercial negotiations and close agreements Analyse customer usage, data, and spend patterns to identify optimisation and upsell opportunities Work closely with Customer Success, local operations, marketing and UK and global sales colleagues Share insights and support continuous improvement across our UK sales organisation Background in B2B sales-preferably consultative or solution-based Experience managing large or strategic accounts Comfortable navigating procurement processes and long sales cycles Confident working with data, usage insights, and financial models Able to spot growth opportunities and build strong value-based propositions Skilled at building trust and engaging stakeholders Fluency in English Competitive salary ranging from £70,000 to £80,000 base.
