The Role

As the Year 4 Class Teacher, you will be responsible for:

* Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons aligned with the national curriculum
* Maintaining firm but fair behaviour management and consistent classroom routines
* Creating a positive, inclusive, and well-structured learning environment
* Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs
* Working collaboratively with KS2 colleagues, support staff, and SLT
* Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and carers

What We're Looking For

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching in KS2, ideally Year 4
* Strong curriculum knowledge and behaviour management skills
* High expectations for pupil progress, behaviour, and attainment
